Puppey is back at the top of the Dota 2 Player World Ranking after more than a year. Besides, he is now more successful with Team Secret than he was with Natus Vincere before.

[puppey] is once again the most successful Dota player in the world at the moment. By winning the MLG World Finals with [team secret] he passes all players of [evil geniuses]. The last time Puppey was on rank 1 was in June 2014 when he was still part of [natus vincere]. He has now gathered more points with Team Secret in his career than with Na’Vi and remains the most successful Dota 2 player of all time.

MMY, Sylar and Yao enter the top10

[fear1], [ppd] and [universe] of EG, who had led the ranking for two months in a row, descend to rank 2 due to their dissatisfying performance at ESL One New York and the MLG World Finals. For the same reason all players of [vici gaming] dropped out of the top10.

This creates some space for new players, namely the ones of [lgd gaming]: [mmy1], [sylar] and [yao] enter the top10 behind [s4] from [alliance], [kuroky] ([team liquid]) and [aui_2000] ([digitalchaos]). EGs [suma1l] climbs to rank 13.

The high flyers of this month are the players of [vega squadron] of course. Their surprising second place at ESL One New York boosted [mag] to rank 40 and his teammates [9pashaebashu], [cematheslayer] and [noone] to rank 58 – which is 61 ranks better than in October.
