Fastest team on rank 1 in the Dota World Ranking ever
A second place the The Summit 5 was enough to surpass Evil Geniuses and claim the top spot. They just needed nine months from their first appearance in the World Ranking for this which is three months faster than Team Secret who reached the top after twelve months.
Natus Vincere wins big
The mentioned stay on rank 3 this month despite a good second place at the Starladder i-league behind Natus Vincere. The ukranian-russian team is the big winner of July: They rise five ranks to rank 7 and re-enter the top10 of the Dota teams for the first time since May 2015. Winning Starladder and being fourth at The Summit helped.
Chinese teams recover

The best asian team is still non-chinese though: MVP Phoenix defended their fifth spot in the World Ranking. The next best teams from the southeastasian region are Fnatic on rank 16, TnC Gaming on rank 21 and Mineski on rank 22.
