Mover of the month Dota 2 March 2017

[gh] has risen to his highest rank ever in the Dota 2 World Ranking just two months after [team liquid] signed him. This makes him our Mover of the Month. The Libanese jumped 486 ranks this month to World Rank 175 due his performance at the SL i-League StarSeries Season 3. Winning the tournament with his team also marks his first ever title in his second final. GH had been playing a monthly ESL-final back in 2015 with his team [e-lab]. They lost it.

H4nn1 and Freeze are more great mover of the month

GH isn’t alone with his impressive run this month though: [h4nn1], the former [fnatic.eu]-player, rises even more. It’s 586 ranks up for the German who returned to competitive Dota last month with [ninjas in pyjamas]. Still H4nn1 has a long way ahead. He is now on World Rank 879, which is way below his peak from June 2014. Back then, he was the 18th best player in the world. H4nn1 is crowned by ten tournament wins in his career. But his most memorable performance was at ESL One Frankfurt 2014 which ended with a third place.

[freeze], the young addition of [team vg.j] is another great mover in March. The Chinese, who played for [ehome.luminous] and [ehome.legend] before, gold coats his second place at SL i-league with a jump from World Rank 403 to 215. It’s needless to say that this is his best ever.

Additional great movers of this month include the squads of [cavalry], [ikea] and [nova].
